Last Updated: Saturday, October 3, 2026
Welcome to Hussain travel and Fly (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"), located at Via Sottomurata 1, 6934 Bioggio, Switzerland. By using our website, our consulting services, and our booking systems, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Service and Role of the Agency (Intermediation)
1.1. Hussain travel and Fly acts exclusively as an intermediary and agent (broker) between the final customer and individual third-party travel service providers (such as, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, transport companies, and authorized tour operators).
1.2. The Agency does not organize package tours on its own (tour operator), unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Consequently, the Agency is not subject to the obligation of registering with a travel guarantee fund for package holidays, as it acts solely as a mediator of individual, uncombined services.
1.3. Each purchased service (flight, hotel, transfer, Umrah services) is primarily governed by the terms and conditions of the respective final supplier. By submitting a booking request, the customer also accepts the contractual conditions of these third-party providers.
2. Description of Offered Services
• Flights: Intermediation in searching, booking, and issuing domestic and international airline tickets.
• Hotels: Booking of hotel accommodations, non-hotel accommodations, and lodging structures through professional channels and partners.
• Airport Transport: Arrangement and booking of transfer services (shuttles, private cars, buses) to and from airports through qualified third-party suppliers.
• Umrah Consulting and Support: Specialized consulting, informational guidance, and facilitation in booking individual services related to the pilgrimage, relying on third-party operators authorized and certified by the competent Ministry. The Agency exclusively provides informational and logistical assistance, not the direct guarantee of the operational package, which remains the sole responsibility of the accredited supplier.
3. Bookings and Confirmation
3.1. A booking is considered finalized and binding only upon receipt of the written confirmation sent by the Agency (via email) and the simultaneous payment (total or partial, depending on the agreement) by the customer.
3.2. The customer is solely responsible for the correctness of the data entered at the time of the request (names, surnames entered exactly as shown on the passport, dates of birth, document expiration dates, travel dates, and times). Any typing errors could result in the cancellation of the travel ticket or the application of penalties by the suppliers, which will be entirely borne by the customer.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1. Prices for services on the website or in quotes are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros (€).
4.2. The Agency accepts payments in both currencies through the methods indicated during checkout (bank transfer, credit cards, or other enabled electronic payment systems). In the case of payments in Euros, the current exchange rate defined by the Agency at the time of invoicing or transaction will apply.
4.3. The Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking or not issue travel tickets in the event of non-payment or failure to receive payment within the agreed terms.
5. Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
5.1. Any request for modification or cancellation of a confirmed flight, hotel, transfer, or consulting service must be promptly and strictly submitted in writing to the Agency's email address.
5.2. Agency Modification Fees: In the event of a request to modify a confirmed booking by the customer, the Agency will apply a fixed management fee of 80 CHF (eighty Swiss Francs) or the equivalent value in Euros.
5.3. In addition to the Agency's fixed fee (80 CHF), the following remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer:
• Any penalties, variation fees, or agency rights applied directly by the third-party supplier (airline, hotel, transport operator).
• Any fare/price difference between the original service price and the new service requested at the time of the modification.
5.4. Refunds (where provided, authorized, and granted by the third-party supplier) will be re-credited to the customer only after actual collection and settlement of the same by the partner supplier to the Agency.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Hussain travel and Fly is not liable under any circumstances for breaches, cancellations, delays, strikes, overbooking, lost luggage, schedule changes, or service disruptions directly attributable to the final service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
6.2. The Agency is not responsible for the customer's failure to depart due to expired or invalid identity documents/passports, entry visas denied by competent authorities, or failure to comply with health, customs, and security regulations of the destination country.
6.3. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify and obtain all necessary entry requirements for the country visited, including compliance with the specific and restrictive requirements imposed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for obtaining visas and accessing holy sites for the Umrah.
7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
7.2. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or validity of these terms or the services offered, the exclusive competent court is that of Lugano (Switzerland), without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers.
2. Privacy and Cookie Policy
